There are specific requirements that have to be met before it is possible to achieve a proactive mode of Safety Management:
1. Reporting must be confidential
2. Small -apparently negligible- observations shall be collected
3. The analysis must be automated to illustrate analysed observations in graphs and tables in real-time
”To switch from a reactive to a proactive mode – requires a deliberate effort.”
”While this may not seem to be affordable in the short term, without a doubt it is a wise investment in the long term.”
